House Membership

Residents who prove cooperative in work, conduct and spirit, maintain at a 2.0 cumulative GPA, and remain financially needy per the Office of Financial aid will be allowed continuous house membership. If a member’s GPA falls below a 2.0 cumulative average, she will be placed on probation for one semester. If her cumulative average does not improve to at least a 2.0 the following semester, she will be evicted from the HER House. Moreover, membership will be terminated when a resident decides to reside elsewhere for at least two consecutive semesters, except during a leave of absence from Boston University.

Note: The House Director is an honorary member of the house is thus entitled to all privileges and holds the same responsibilities as a House officer.
