I'm a very active person, I try commute to work every day on my bike and I run in my spare time.  When I have access to a pool, I swim.  And of course hitting the weights is a favorite pastime. Sitting around isn't my number one activity.
I previously kept an activitiy log to keep track of my running and such, but runnersworld.com has a great training log so I kinda switched to that.  So here I'll just list some of my favorite activities until I find something better to put down.  The activities are not in a rigid "I like this better than that" order, just in the order I typed them.  Make your own conclusions about that.  Plus, this is doing the activitiy, not watching it.

"The will to win is not nearly as important as the will to prepare to win."

"People can't understand why a man runs. They don't see any sport in it.  Argue it lacks the sight and thrill of body contact.  Yet the conflict is there, more raw, more challenging than any man versus man competition.  For in running it is man against himself, the cruelest of opponents.  The other runners are not the real enemy.  His adversary lies within him, in his ability, with brain and heart to master himself and his emotions."
-By Glenn Cunningham, What Makes a Man Run
