How Gambiro Pellets Are Produced

Payakumbuh 50 Kota, a district in West Sumatra is well known for its gambiro, agro products (gambiro pellets).

A gambir pellet is made from gambir leaf liquid. The young green leaves are taken from the gambir bush-trees to be boiled. Then the boiled leaves are pressed till all leaf liquid comes out.
