Angelica's Bread

Maria Angelica Tolosa Mollica, also known around here as MAT, sent this recipe for bread. She's not sure about the cooking temperature or time because she does it by look and touch.

 

Beat in a blender for five minutes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100ml) of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • 2 tablets (15g each) of yeast

After beating in the blender, use a spoon to mix the liquid with 1/2 Kg (1.1 Lb) of wheat flour. The mixture should be like a paste. Put the dough into a loaf pan and bake in the oven at about 325 degrees until it is done - probably 45-60 minutes, depending on your oven.
