    One-Pot Chili Mafalda - a one-pot dish in the southwestern USA cooking style. Fast, easy, delicious. Martha Stewart's Meatloaf 101 - I guess you'd expect nothing less than a great recipe from Martha Stewart. Sure enough, this Stewart family recipe is terrific.
    Bavarian Beef on Rice - Joey gives this one his 5-star approval rating! Thai Beef Barbecue - You don't have to travel to Thailand to try a great recipe from there.
    Calf Liver Italian Style - When is the last time you had liver? Don't remember? Well, do I have the recipe for you!

Chili Tortilla Bake - What a great recipe! This is probably the easiest recipe in the whole collection, and it's delicious.

    BJ's Beef Jerky - You can't make this jerky while the kids are around because you simply can't make it as fast as they want to eat it! This is teenager food extraordinaire.

 

Kofte on a Skewer - scrumptious barbecue recipe for lamb that Rick and Pam found in Turkey. Wait until your neighbors smell the delicious aroma of the Near East wafting through the air...

Beer-Marinated Peppered Steaks - This recipe gets rave reviews from the whole neighborhood - remember to marinate the steaks for 4-24 hours before grilling.
  Pizza Award Steak a la Sue comes from Connie (Mollica) Littlefield's daughter, Sue. Looks great! Barbecue Ribs. Ribs are a Southern favorite, and these ribs will make you understand the reason why.
    Meatloaf - In my never-ending quest for the perfect meatloaf, here are two of my favorites: an Italian recipe for Meatloaf and an American one called Cottage Meatloaf. Smokin Somethin. This BBQ recipe came from an Indian on an Aleutian island. Good for beef, pork, chicken, or fish! Dave de Sousa
    Meat Patties Maddalena - We use these meat patties as a side dish, in spaghetti, or to fill meatball sandwiches. You'll love 'em. Flank Steak - Another barbecue recipe from Rick that is simple and delicious.
    Tex-Mex Breakfast Tacos - Another contribution from Mary Kay Nowak Letters, who relays this great idea from her cousin Kathi Bingham Levine for a family-sized breakfast. Arcadian Shephard's Pie is a ground beef and mashed potato casserole from New England - takes a little time to prepare but is well worth it.
Shanghai Short Ribs Pam says this recipe is incredibly easy to make, and the whole family loves it. Stromboli - This recipe gets rave reviews from everyone - especially from teenagers!
    Medaillons of Pork with Sweet Red Pepper Sauce - This is one of my favorites. Grilled Baby Back Pork Ribs with Mustard-Bourbon Sauce - Wow!
 

Poultry

Imperial Gardens Chicken- easy to make and great to eat! Teriyaki Grilled Chicken. Easy and delicious BBQ chicken.
    Here's the recipe I always request on my birthday - Angela's Chicken - to die for. Zesty Caribbean Chicken Breast. You'll hear Caribbean steel drums when you cook this.
    Country-Style Chicken Kiev - Our kids always clear their plates when we make this dish. Herbed Chicken Paillards - Let these chicken breasts marinate for 8 hours and then throw them on the barbecue for an outstanding and easy main course.
Columbian Chicken and Potato Stew - Easy to make, delicous, and healthy.
    Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts - This is s-o-o-o- good. Grilled Chicken Sandwiches - Tired of regular old chicken salad sandwiches?? Sandwich connoisseurs will appreciate this recipe.
Classic Grilled Chicken - Outstanding - fast and easy if you use boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
   

Chicken Cacciatora - This recipe has been in our family since 1986. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Classic Herbed Chicken - Straight from the back of a Lipton soup mix box! Cooking doesn't get any easier than this (and the recipe tastes so good that the family thinks I slaved over it!)

Grilled Chicken Breasts and Pasta Bows with Basil. This recipe takes a total of 45 minutes. It passes the Joey Taste Test. Try it with Tomatoes Provencal, below.
    Almond-Lemon Chicken Stonehouse - Joey rated this recipe with "200 stars," so you know it must be good! Connie's Chicken Parmigiana. Connie's "favorite recipe ever."
    Chicken Taco Bake - This recipe has been in our family for more than 10 years. It's a delicious way to use leftover chicken or turkey.

Chicken Pot Pie with Fall Vegetables - This recipe takes 60-90 minutes to prepare before cooking, but it is so delicious that the time spent is well worth the effort.

 

Fish

Hearty Tuna Casserole - This is the best tuna casserole we've had in our family. Grilled Skewered Scallops - Like seafood? These scallops are great... but be careful not to overcook them on the barbecue grill.
Mushroom Tuna Bake - Another outstanding tuna casserole.
    Tuna Nizzarda - Wonderful recipe from an old Italian cookbook. Stuffed Tune Shells - large pasta shells filled with a tasty tuna salad.
   

Korean Sesame Shrimp. Rick and Pam's kids can't remember to do their homework, but they remember to ask for barbecued shrimp marinated in this recipe!

Soy-grilled Tuna Steaks We first used this recipe 25 years ago - and we still use it because it's so tasty.
Tuna Sandwich Boats - Tuna sandwiches never tasted like this before!
 

Pasta & Sauces

Tarey's Meat-A-Balls - Simple and delicious.

Peppers Penne - Great. Easy. Healthy.

Homemade Pasta Sauce - Joey's garden produces so many peppers and tomatoes that we cook this sauce in large batches to freeze for the winter. Expect people to come back for seconds on this recipe.

Three Cheese Lasagne with Sausage - This is the lasagne recipe I will serve to guests from now on.

Garlic Pasta and Chicken - Simply outstanding.

CJ's S'ghetti Sauce - Simmer this sauce until the chuck roast in it "disappears." This is a dark, delicious sauce for your pasta.
Pasta with Chicken, Greens, and Herbed Cheese Garlicky herbed cheese...greens...bits of chicken...this pasta dish is rich and delicious.
    Ravioli Italian Style - Don't let this recipe intimidate you. You can do most of the preparation ahead of time and then enjoy a superb dinner without much fuss. Pasta all'arrabbiata - Joe Mollica from Milan, Italy sends us a simple recipe for a great Mediterranean dish.
 

Veggies, Breads, Salads

Tomatoes Provencal - A perfect side dish to go with Grilled Chicken Breasts and Pasta Bows. Mangia! An Italian Cookbook
    Cheese Borek. These things are addictive. Another recipe from Rick and Pam's Turkish collection. Scalloped Potato Casserole - Tastes even better on the second day.
    Sigara Borek - Here's another recipe for Borek - our favorite appetizer from Turkey. Broccoli Salad - A great salad to go with just about any main meal. Kim Mollica
    Angelica's Bread - MAT says that this recipe for bread is delicious! Dorie's Salad - This recipe gets rave reviews at parties...Try it!
    Mary Kay Letters, always a valuable contributor to this web site, brings us one of her favorite recipes - Corn Casserole. Mollica Muffins - Just reading the ingredients makes your mouth water. This recipe is from Louise Bingham of the McKees Rocks Mollica clan.
    BJ's Broccoli Salad. This salad is a favorite at parties and picnics. The bowl always comes home empty! (Pam's sister Belinda Jane) All American Potato Salad. A good ole-fashioned USA barbecue just isn't the same without a great potato salad.
    Hobo Potatoes - Delicious barbecued potatoes that you cook in foil packets. Triple-Bean Bake - The best baked beans we've ever had.
 

Desserts

Apple-Cream Cheese Coffee Cake - We've had this dessert recipe in the family for about 20 years - and we never have leftovers.

Creamy French Silk Pie - Simplified, lighter version of a standard chocolate pie; easy to put together.

 

You folks aren't going to find this treat anywhere else - I'm talking about Donna Zimmer Mollica's Eclair Cake. It is out of this world...and for that matter, so is Donna!

    Bobbie's Lemon Dessert. Rick and Pam got this recipe from a dear friend named Bobbie Patience. A great palate freshener after flavorful meals. Cookies 'n Cream Pie - A simple and delicious dessert that I got from a Keebler advertisement.
    Purple Passion - Try this dessert from Donna Mollica - exquisite!
    Chocolate Cheesecake - Exquisite (and rich!) cheesecake that's perfect for serving to guests. The Ultimate Pumpkin Pie - This is the best pumpkin pie we've ever tasted.
