Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
This recipe has been in our family since 1977
- it's definitely a keeper.
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 8-3/4 ounce can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Bread
- 1 slice of cheese per sandwich
- Butter (season with garlic and onion powder, celery salt and paprika)
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients and seasonings. Spread on bread, top with cheese
slice and bread.
- Butter both sides and broil until toasted and hot.
- Serves 4.
