Another Great Recipe from Donna Mollica
Ingredients
- 1 big can pineapple chunks
- 1 can pitted bing cherries
- 2 - 3oz. packages of cream cheese
- 1/2 bag of small marshmallows
- 1 cup of sour cream (8 oz.)
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup cherry juice
Directions
- Let cream cheese soften until completely softened.
- Mix together with pineapple juice and cherry juice (with mixer).
- In another bowl mix cherries, pineapple, marshmallows.
- Pour cream cheese mix over cherries, pineapple and marshmallows. Then fold in sour cream.
- Let settle overnight in the refrigerator .
