Hawpe, daughter of George Hawpe and Mary Campbell. She was born 6 April 1827 in Gainsville, Hall Co., GA, and died 23 October 1897 in Boydsville, Graves Co., KY (or Weakley Co., TN, just over the state line). They are buried in Boston Cem. in Boydsville, KY/TN.

Spencer to William Maston Cochran. He was born 21 July 1839 in KY, died 25 April 1933 in Memphis, TN. They were both buried in Lawrence, Kaufman Co., TX.

George Hawpe, Salinah's father was born in Augusta Co., VA, as was her mother, Mary Campbell Hawpe, not in NC. Jeanne believes that Georgia was born in Texas, but is not certain. Salinah was born in GA before the Hawpes moved to TN.
