John Dalton was tried at Old Bailey, Middlesex 24 Oct 1787 and sentenced to 7 yrs transportation. He arrived 13 Oct 1791 on the "Albemarle" (Third Fleet) .

Elizabeth Morris was tried at Bristol, Somerset 05 Apr 1790 , and sentenced to 7 yrs transportation. She arrived 09 Jul 1791 on the "Mary Ann" (Third Fleet) .

Elizabeth and John's daughter, Hannah was born in NSW on 12 Feb 1793, and married Samuel Beckett on 21 May 1820 at St John's, Parramatta
