The previous owner, in '96, through a GM dealership, purchased the correct WS6 ''Ram Air Package" parts from SLP to do the conversion. Looking at the car, it is identical to a Ram Air that would have been delivered in '96 & '97. It takes a sharp eye of someone knowleable of the F-bodies to see that this is not a production WS6. The WS6 Production parts include: - Ram Air hood with 'ram air' labels by the air intakes - functional air box with proper air filter - specific 17x 9" rims w/ 275/40/17 Z-rated tires (only '96 WS6's got the silver rims) - specific WS6 cat-back exhaust - special WS6 badge found on passenger's side rear of car - DeCarbon shocks In addition to the conversion, the previous owner also installed GM/Richmond 3.73 gearing in the rear and had the windows tinted. |
