							Father, I commend to you all members of my family who perpetuated violent acts: including murder, abortion, and suicide, spiritual, emotional or physical torture. Give them the grace to reform their ways. Bless, heal, and console their victims and all who were affected by this violence. ***************** Father, I commend to you all members of my family who have committed violence to their spouse or children. Please heal the damage and brokenness so that the sin of violence within marriage is no longer passed down through the generations. ************ Father, I commend to you all members of my family who have dabbled in or practiced or participated in the occult, witchcraft, Satanic worship, astrology, fortune telling, black magic and superstition in all forms. I ask for a release from the bondage of all occultism. Please bless them with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in their hearts. *********** Father I commend to you all members of my family who have died and were never prayed for, those who were buried without prayers or funeral, those who died in anonymity, were alone, abandoned or rejected. Lord, in your mercy give them eternal joy.
				Father, I commend to you all members of my family who disappeared or wandered away from the love of the family and whose life and death ended in a strange or mysterious way. Lord, take them home to heaven. ******************** Father, I commend to you all members of my family who have died early, unexpectedly, or because of accidents; those who were lost at sea, died in war, from famine or other natural disasters. Lord, may they be released from purgatory.
		Father, I commend to you all members of my family who have died outside the love and acceptance of the family. May we have a greater love and understanding of all our clan. ******************** Father, I commend to you the children of my family who never came to be, those who were not acknowledged or named because they were still-born, miscarried or aborted. Through your love, may our family embrace all those separated members, and all, past and present be reconciled. ******************* Father, I commend to you all members of my family who were forced to allow others to raise their children either through foster care or adoption. Bless those children and the families who embraced them. May the ties that bind us remain strong even in those circumstances.
			Father, I commend to you the children in my family tree who have come into the world unwelcome, and whose lives have not been value—the lonely outcasts—who were and are used and abused. Reveal to them their dignity—as your beloved children, and fill them with the hope and love which that dignity evokes. ******************** Father, I commend to you the members of my family who are married. Give to the spouses in my family the strength they need to live as Christian couples, supporting each other in love. Give parents the wisdom to raise children who have a clear knowledge of their worth and the grace to set an example of what it means to be a disciple of Christ. ******************** Father I commend to you all my children and grandchildren. Protect them as they grow up in a world that seems to be enticing them away from the morals and values that have been handed down through our Church. May they be a blessing for their parents and free of the painful inheritance handed on to us.
					Father, I commend to you all members of my family who are afflicted by phobias, emotional instability, insanity, unexplained illness, and other sufferings known only to God. May they receive compassion and healing. ********************** Father, I ask that all the members of my family be delivered from present darkness and confusion. May they discover that authentic power within them to live a fruitful life, that power which has been given to them through their Baptism. Father, may the members of my family learn to care for the needs of their soul. May they use the channels of grace that Jesus has made available through His Church, especially the Mass and the sacraments.
