Help group for creative community Development has been established in the year 2054 B.S. (1997 A.D.) with broad views to address problems related to ubiquitous poverty, preceded population growth and natural base depletion. It aims at bring people’s participation in local development activities, HIV/AIDS and drug abuse prevention, health improvement, environmental protection and child’s right’s through group and community approach. It is purely a social organization primarily dedicated to the welfare poor and disadvantaged section of Nepalese society.
