friday and saturday nights i worked at the good ole camp which has lost its glamour many many years ago.  why do i still work there, i do not know.  also, the steelers lost to the titans yesterday, it was a bummer man but at least it was a good game.  but other than that not much has happend.

i was thinking, i should in my spare time, which i have plenty of, give myself a project to do, something having to do with demographics, maybe transportation... anyway, something related to my major, to kind of keep me on my toes.  maybe i should.  but you know, i also have a season of madden 2003 to finish on the ps2.  that maybe my top priority during my, what seems like a eternity, time off until i return to london, where things are normal.

its been an exciting week in the world of football and the steelers move to the next round with an amazing comeback against the cleveland browns.  next up, the tennesee titans.

pictures, i'm finally working on putting up pictures from london, take a look at them by clicking on them to the left or by clicking
here

the u-mad connection was pretty cool even though only one sixth of the fall usx students showed up.  the reunion included eatting, drinking, pool, trival pursuit, gossip, story telling, and jokes.  it was nice to see everyone again.  the night before the get together i hung out with andreas (my flatmate in london) in boscobel, wi.  i met his parents and sisters who were all pretty cool.  and when i left andreas' house the second time andreas' sister (the older of his adopted ukrainian sisters) gave me a sucker and a hug which made me feel all warm and squshy inside.  then i said goodbye to andreas and wished him well on his journey back to london.  all in all, it was a good weekend.  oh yeah, this week's special thanks go out to katie hurtle and andreas transo for letting me crash at their houses this weekend and for their kindness and generosity.  oh yeah and for the sex, i always forget about the sex... jk... hahahaha.... whew... that was too far wasn't it?... sorry.  and anne, i know you want to be in this so here you are.  it was delightful to see you again along with steve, he's the shit or the dog's bullocks, and kathryn.  oh yeah, nice centipede joke.

happy new year?  this year much like the last one and infact, i didn't even see the countdown.  i think there is an over emphasis on the whole new years celebration, just like graduating from high school... its going to happen anyway and was it really that hard to accomplish?  well for some people it is.  but, happy new year anyway.  cheers.
for new years i went down to andy's place in chicago.  we were a rockin, all seven of us.  that is until 15 or more people joined the party at 20 to midnight.  but it was still fairly good.  thanks andy.  oh yeah, 450 miles is a long drive inside a car.

on saturday i will be heading down to boscobel, wi to hang out with andreas.  the next day we will be heading out to the get together (of usx students) in madison.  i'm kinda looking forward to see him again and meeting his sisters from the ukraine, it should be cool.  except for the fact that the lucky bastard gets go back to london before i do.  it will also be cool to see katie, steve, anne, and hopefully others again in madison.

a special thanks to jivin' john for letting me borrow the new system of a down cd and the at the gates cd, they rock.

the steelers are in!

happy late birthday to noemi, i know you were pissed last night, i was there, don't deny it.  happy 22nd... oldie.

i hope you all enjoyed my ramblings from the 26th.  i just needed to convince myself or something.  i run across some strange arguements with myself.  man vs self... who will win?  neither because they both suck in this case, ah well.  the vikes won and the steelers are in the playoffs, i'm happy with that.
