Due
to the cost of internet storage space, I have had to delete the first part of
my building process to make room for the latest updates. I would have liked to
keep it all on line but cannot.

I started installing the radio stack wiring harness and found out that I had to
modify the cutout that I had made earlier for the wires to pass thru. Then I got
my order in from Vans with nut rings for my flight instrument, well except for
one that I forgot to order. I drilled the instrument screw holes and put a
couple in to see what it looks like and to make sure I had not drilled the
instrument holes to close to the left side of the plane. This baby is going to
be sweet :-) 6.25 hrs
Dec 5, 10 & 11, 2004
Finished off the parking brake cable. I received my order from ACS which include
Nulites for my Flight instrument. I got a panel light dimmer in my Vans order
last week that I'll wire these to. I also got some instrument hole covers. I
have plans for most of the holes but I won't need those items to fly the plane
so I'll add them later as the money allows. I finished up the Radio stack
installation. 8.0 hrs

Dec 13, 2004
I finished hooking up the heater cable. 1.0 hrs

I found a RV7A pilot in Columbus, OH that had switched out his fixed pitch prop
with a constant speed prop and had his fixed pitch prop for Sale. I talked my
buddy into him and me flying his Cessna 150 up to get it. A good cross country
flight and now I have a prop, spacer, bolts and a finished spinner.
