Chen Zheng

Question 1: What is your character's name?

Chen Zheng

Question 2: Character's gender

Male

Question 3: Character's age

17 1/2

Question 4: Character's cursed form, and reason for curse

Turns into a baby bird. (Damn Mousse. The nearsighted idiot knocked poor Chen Zheng into the spring of the Baby Hawk in a misdirected experiment of fireworks)

Question 5: Character's Martial Arts Style.

Traditional Kung-fu (regular level), Art of the Disc (frisbee... heheheh)

Question 6: A general description of the character.

Chen is a young math genius from China. He traveled to the United States at 12 and quickly picked up English and Japanese at local schools. A virtuoso of music, kung-fu, and Ultimate Frisbee, the "perfect boy"'s only major flaw is his ego that matches Ranma's tenfold. Unable to stand losing, the Chinese would do anything (except cheating... which is against his honor code) to find a way to defeat his opponent. Whether in Kung Fu, academics, or whatever he manages to lose in.

The boy is under medium height, no glasses, straight, short hair typical of a 17-year old Chinese. Well-built (but not so muscular as a body trainer), usually carries a Frisbee Disc in hand, twirling it as he walks. Years of martial arts training had given him agility and reflexes unlike a regular human. A born genius ability at picking up skills allows his to learn moves just as fast, if not faster, than Ranma.

The boy has finished college and is working as an Undergraduate in Japan for the field of Mathematics. He chose Japan because of its unique setting, and because he wants revenge on Mousse.

Chen usually has a quiet, reserved temper, but when he becomes friends with someone he is quite outgoing. Has a HUGE ego (but doesn't show it.... well, on purpose), and a crush on any girl that likes him (quite a few. He is NOT a hentai though... goes after Happosai all the time to beat him up)

He has a fear of cats (well, what do you expect from a baby bird?) and so fears Shampoo a bit. Also has fears of water (almost drowned in Jusenkyo) and height.

Question 7: The character's history.

A best friend of Mousse (maybe Mousse's only friend), but wants revenge on him anyway. Likes Shampoo a little bit, but isn't really interested in her (too perky). Was born near Jusenkyo, but haven't been there since he was knocked in the spring.

He likes Ukyo a lot, but is very reserved in his feelings. He usually spends his time practicing Kendo, a new sport he picked up in Japan under Tatewaki Kuno. He respects Kuno, unlike the rest of the cast.

Question 8: Special Moves.

Kung-Fu techniques (2):

Fei Long Po: A smaller version of Hiryu-Shoten Ha he learned by watching Ranma fight. Chen cools down his own Chi and creates a small whirlwind.

Tsien Shou Po: Chen learned this top secret move accidentally from watching his master practice techniques in China. He dashes at the opponent while flaring up with ki and ends on the other side of them in 5 seconds, already scoring some thirty punches and kicks on various pressue points of the opponent's body. This attack drains a lot of Chen's ki.

Disc Techniques (6):

Hidden Blow 103 - Triple Raid: Chen performs a Discus throw (a throw of Frisbee where the thrower quickly swings his hand over his head) and throws out three Discs traveling in an incedibly fast speed at the opponent.

Crying Heaven - Thunder drop: Chen performs a Hammer (a throw of frisbee where the disc comes down vertically) while using electric ki to create an electricuted disc instead, striking the opponent from above while a streak of lightning comes down along with it,

Hidden Blow 176 (secret technique) - Flicker Chen winds up and performs a Canadian Forehand (a throw of frisbee, incedibly fast and powerful) that actually dissappears due to ki and its amazing velocity, finally appearing on the other side of the target as it winds down.

Hidden Blow 175 (secret technique) - Barraging Lightning: Chen does several Frisbee throws and ends up throwing out 6 frisbees going to the opponent from different angles (some comes down and then up -"air bounce", some goes from up to down "hammer" and some curves) to create an attack almost impossible to dodge.

Bao Shi Dien Xue - Disc Variation 1: The Pinyin is Chinese for Ryouga's famed rock-breaking technique. After trying and failing to perform the technique with his fingers, Chen, in a stroke of genius decided to incorporate it into a frisbee throw (the Air Bounce, the throw goes toward the ground, almost touching, then mysteriously flies up). This time, the disc's one impact point with the ground causes it to explode, creating a continuous stream of explosions to the opponent, with the bounced disc at a faster speed going alongside it towards the oppoenent for a double threat

Bao Shi Dien Xue - Disc Variation 2: Chen performs a hard "hammer" throw that when striking the floor creates a huge crater from the force o fthe impact.

Kendo Techique- (1)

Bai Dao Zhan: "The Hundred Sword Cut"... like Kuno, Chen goes forward spinning with his bokken like crazy, and performs 6 strikes in 6 360 degree rotations.

Hybrid Technique(1)

Hand of Nature: A combination of Hidden Blow 175 and Bai Dao Zhan, Chen throws 6 discs forwad slowly, then each of the 6 spinning strikes of his bokken hits one forward at 200 miles per hour. This is done by a combination of physics and ki. The result is a powerful version of Hidden Blow 175 that might score 12 hits at close range.

Question 9: The Character's motivation.

Money for a personal education.. and another notch to add to his achievements. He REALLY likes to win...

Fight except submitted with the character:

Chen eyed his opponent before him. He has seen this before many times... but this time, it is a little different.

Chen calmly closed his eyes, brought out his disc in position, and muttered, "Lai ba". (come.) Chi flowed around him, and he could sense the air of fighting in his opponent also.

He heard the punch coming. Nomally, he would have caught it and flipped the attacker over. But he sensed spirit behind this punch. He sidestepped and swiped with his hands. The hands caught air.

The surprise of him missing opened his eyes in shock. Right before him, the figure let go of a kick that booted him into the air. Swiftly, doing acrobatic flips, Chen landed on the ground softly, hands on either side. Yes, this is a little different.

Both hands swiped forward as three discs flied out from each. The opponent, however, easily jumped over this technique and camp down upon him with one finger extended. Chen instinctively flipped backwards as the ground where he had been standing burst into fragments of rock. Using his disc he skillfully blocked each fragment. But he sensed another rising of chi right behind the explosion.

Chen jumped high as the Shi Shi Ho Ko Dan passed under him. He swiped his disc downwards as the spinning disc spiraled while flattening out. The Hammer he attempted in games many times, but this time... as the disc touched the ground before the bandana-wearing Japanese boy, an explosion, very much like the one he dodged, appeared. The aghast 16-year-old was knocked back into the air by the blast...

But that was not it. Ryouga Hibiki only saw a giant flash of energy before him... "oh god..." as the flash reached him and was on the other side of his body in a matter of seconds. Immediately afterwards, he felt pain. Pain was not something he accostomed to, especially on everywhere on his body. He collapsed in a heap.

In front of him, the exhausted Chinese twirled his disc a few times, sighed, and came down on his knees. He needed practice... there seemed to be many talented fighters in Japan.
