$ 50 Deposit
- Deposit due within seven days of contracting my services
- Balance due at postpartum visit
* alternative payment plan may be available
Full payment is expected under the following circumstances
* conditions will be clarified at the prenatal interview
- Failure to notify me of the labor/birth
- A sudden birth in which there is not sufficient time to reach you
- An emergency cesarean at any point during labor
