How to Purchase
Purchasing is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Highlight the item(s) you wish to purchase and copy/paste them on your e-mail message.
2. E-Mail us the description of the items you are inquiring about and we will reply within 24 hours with shipping & handling prices, totals, etc. Include your shipping address
3. You make payment for the merchandise and we promptly ship your order when we receive payment.

Hip Hop Market currently accepts the following methods of payment:

*Note: Customers who use Paypal as a form of payment will be charged .30 + 2.9% of the final total of the payment.
Shipping
The chart below details shipping charges within the United States. This includes: the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APE/APO's, US possessions and territories. Shipments with a value of $180.00 or more will be sent via UPS and will require a signature for delivery. Virtually all US orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. The charges listed below are per shipment, not per order.

International Shipping
Hip Hop Market can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing CDs, records, and posters will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Posters value: $8.99 CDs value: $9.99 Record value: $11.99
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
Most international orders are shipped Airmail Letter-post 4-10 day delivery. International orders weighing over 4 pounds are shipped Airmail Parcel Post 4-10 day delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q : How long will it take for me to get my order?
A: Usually 2-3 days after we received payment. 4-10 days for international orders.
Q : I was just looking at your site, but you don't have a method to shop!! I saw all of the items but no shopping carts!! What's up with that!
A: We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're in the process of setting up a shopping cart.
Q : Why does Hip Hop Market charge me a .30 + 2.9% when I use Paypal?
A: Paypal used to be a free service, but Paypal now charges us .30 + 2.9% of the total amount sent to us. We feel that we should not have to pay to receive money, so we charge that fee to customers who use the Paypal service.
Q : Can I make payment with a personal check? I have excellent credit & sufficient funds in the bank??
A: We do not accept personal checks. They take too long to clear and often bounce. (see Methods of Payment)
Q : I saw this record on Ebay for only $4. Can you sell it to me for $4?? Hook it up man?!
A: We can't "Hook it up". If you saw it somewhere else for a cheaper price, then you should go purchase it there.
Availability
We stock all product at our location. If a product is listed on our site then it is in stock.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday at 12:00 PM EST . For example: if you placed your order at 9:30 AM EST on Monday, we would process your order and ship all items on that day. If you placed your order at 4:00 PM Thursday, it would not be processed until Friday, with the items shipping on Friday.
