Well the next morning was a blur of events,from rushing around eating breakfast,taking showers and speeding down the streets to get to the studio.Needless to say we all woke up a little late and didn't have much time to get ready.when we arrived at the studio Johnny was in his office waiting with wade and two other guys. " I was just about to call the house." Johnny said as he got up and greeted us. " sorry Johnny we woke up a bit late." "well at least your only 10 minutes late.when the guys are running late they are usually and hour or so behind." he said giving justin,lance and jc stern looks. they just looked away avoiding his glare. "so who are these gentlemen here?" pam asked looking at the guys sitting by wade. "oh i forgot to introduce you guys,mary,pam,moika,aj these are two song writers you'll be working with for the demo today.This is Eric and Tim." he pointed to them. "hi, nice to meet you." I extended my hand as he shoke it. "Shall we head to the studio?" Timm asked as he got up.We all nodded our heads.As we were making our way out the door and into the hallway I wondered,'where's the producer?' I felt justin squeeze my hand and I looked up at him."Are you alright?" "yea great!" I stated with a smile. we walked in the studio.both tim and eric explained to us the procedure of the day and what the equiptment does.Pam and monika were the first ones up since they needed the instruments to be recoreded first for the backround.Then we all went in one by one or all at once to sing.It seemed like we had been there for a week.My turn was over and I went to sat in justin's lap in the meanwhile,since there was no where else to sit.I placed my arm around his neck and whispered," I don't know how you guys do it?" He looked at me confused,"do what?" "everything,dance steps,outfits for the tour,all in a short time and not be tired out.i mean you still go out,play b-ball."He kissed me on the forehead," It gets really hetic and fustrating, but in the end its worth it, think about it to be doing the one thing you love and to be surrounded my people who you love and care for." I just placed my head on his shoulder and watched aj sing into the mic.Then I looked over and saw jc and Lance over the board." hey what are they doing?" Justin followed my gaze."jace and lance?" "yea." "oh I forgot to tell you guys.We're producing your demo." My head jerked to the side."what?" "yea we thought it'd be a nice little suprise." I smiled and kissed him."thanks." was all I said as I headed back into the little recording room along with monika.While we were waiting for them to get the computer ready I told monika what justin told me.She freaked."are you serious?" "yeah, can you believe that?" "no I cant believe they didnt tell us." I just nodded as Jc came over the speker telling us they were ready.When we came back out they had another surprise for us.They sat us down on the couch." Well ladies we forgot to mention a little detail." lance began to say."like?" Pam asked. "Like the fact that Jc and myself wrote a song and we think it's perfect for you girls." Justin said putting the tape in and after a few seconds music was coming out from the speakers. By the second verse we were moving our heads to the beat.By the end of the song it was a given that we all agreed on doing that song.By the time we were done with doing our demo it was late in the night.We were all hungry."well are we done?" I asked from the couch where I was laying across aj,monbika,and pam. "yea now all we need to do is make a couple of copies and we'll be out of here." Lance said. " good cuz my stomach is growling and I'm starved!" I hugged my stomach." why don't you girls get going home and we'll meet ou there in a few?" Jc offered.we all looked at eachother."good idea!" Aj said as she jumped up making me fall off and land on the floor with a big thud!" "AJ!!" I whined as I got up and rubbed my side on which I landed on. "sorry!!" She said as she helped me up."so who's car are we taking?" i asked. The guys looked at eachother. "You can take mine." Jc said as he handed Aj the keys. She took them and we were out the door.i kissed justin on the cheek."see you soon." he said as i walked out.We got in the car and i layed in the back.It was a queit ride since we were all tired out and hungry.we got home and saw that chris and joey were there. we walked in th door and saw pizza boxes.We all ran and started eating."Man and I thought we were bad!!" Joey said as he walked in the kitchen. i just glared at him. He put in hands up in defense."sorry.'' was all he said as he walked back in the living room.We all took our slices and drink to the living room where we sat and watched the rest of Friends.After we were done eating I heard the door open and i got up and went to see who it was. Once I turned the corner I saw jc,justin and lance walking in."hey." "hey babe." "what took you so long?" I asked as i hugged him."we had some difficulties.Nothing big though." "oh alright well theres pizza in the kitchen." I said as I took his hand and led him to the kitchen.he smiled at my antics."you are so cute." I just looked at him,"yea I know." i smiled.He chuckled."have I ever told you how you make my whole world shine, just by smiling?" I blushed and gave him a quick peck."no but I can tell you this, you make my world make sense and you keep it full of little surprises and adventure. Which drive me crazy.Thats why I smile so much.see we compliment eachother very well." we both smiled.We eventually made our way to the living room where everyone was telling joey and chris about our day.They wanted to hear the song but we wouldnt let any of the guys to put it on the stereo.we got into an arguement over it but the guys respected our decision and didnt play it.After a short while All of us went our seprate ways to our rooms.Jc,Lance,joey and chris left to their homes to get to bed.While the guys stayed a little while outside talking,Aj,Monika,Pam and myself had a lttle time for our girl talk." from what I heard we have a lot to do over this coming week." I said from my place on the floor."what are we doing tomorrow?" Monika asked from her bed."well,I believe we are in the studio for any touch ups and then to the dance studio for rehersals." "ohh yay!!" Aj said sarcastically. "when's the audition again?"Pam asked. " well......"I said looking away. "Come on mary." monika said sitting up. "this tuesday coming up.we have exactly a week from today." "are you serious!!" Aj sat up."yea I told you guys we didint have much time." "come on aj we did want to take this chance." Pam said walking over to the door."which means we'll need our rest for tomorrow, so I suggest you guys get to bed soon." she said as she walked out. I got up,"she has a good idea, I'm really tired anyways.night guys." "night mary." Aj and Monika said at the same time.i walked down the hall and walked into Justin's room.I changed and got into bed.after a while I heard the front door open and close.I got up and walked over to the window to see the guys' car pulling out of the driveway.I got back into bed and waited for justin.I pretended to be asleep when he walked in.he got in bed and cuddled close to me. With my back towards him I smiled."What are you thinking about?" I asked startling him as I turned to face him." you." I smiled,"what about me?'' "how much i love you and about this week." "well I love you too.what about this week?" "Just that it's going to be really hard and long.Just a little taste of what we go thru when we are preparing for a tour...a lot of crunch time." "oh." I layed my head on his shoulder,"I'll be happy as long as I have you around." He smiled and kissed me. "Trust me I won't be anywhere else besides your side." I smiled and closed my eyes."night justin." I whispered."Night angel." He said as he turned off the bedside lamp. I had set up my alarm clock and it went off at 7.I got up and turned it off.I looked at justin he just grunted and pulled the covers over his head.I just smiled."come on silly we have to get up." "ummmm..5 more minutes.." "nope. up now." "nu uh." he just turned over. "ok you leave me no choice!" I warned him as i got up and headed to the bathroom to get a cup of cold water. he just ignored me and went back to sleep.I smiled evily as i poured the cup of water over his face."ahhh!!" he screamed as he shot up.I just stood there with my innocent face on." I warned you." He just looked at me." you are gonna get it!!" he said as he started to chase me around the room. I jumped on the bed and my foot got tangled in the sheets and i fell.he jumped on top of me." Now what do you have to say in your defense??" "uhhh it wasn't me??" he looked at me."sorry not good enough." he said as he started tickling me. "justin.....st.....op....pleeease!!!!" I begged him.He stopped tickling me and gave me his sly grin.'uh oh' was all i was thinkign when he suddenly picked me up and headed to the bathroom."justin put me down!!" "nope not til i get my revenge!!" he said as he turned on the shower and held me down as I got soaked.'justin!!!!" I screamed.he just laughed at me.I grabbed on to his arm and tried to pull him in but had no success."happy??" I asked as i stood there in the shower all wet. He nodded with a big grin."very much so." he said as he turned around and walked out."oh no you dont!!" I screamed as i ran out and jumped on his back.He lost his balance and we fell on the bed. He flipped over to where I was sitting ontop of him and my hair was dripping on him.I just smiled big."ha I got the last laugh." "oh is that so??" "uh huh." I said very proudly. "I don't know about that but i do know you look very hot all soaked like you are." "hmmm really??'' he just nodded in agreement. I leaned down and started kissing him.It kept getting more passionate and deeper. All of the sudden the door flung open and we heard Aj,"mary are you--" I pulled back quickly and fell on the floor."whoa there mama what happened?" Monika said as she walked in."fine.why?" "well we heard screaming and we jumped out of bed." "oh well see justin didnt wanna to wake up so i had to give him a little wake up call." They just looked at us and laughed."riiiiight!!!" they said as they walked out of the room.I slowly got up and justin looked at me."nope sorry take a rain check we have to get a move on." I said as i walked into the bathroom,"dont even think about it." I said as i could fell him coming up behind me. He looked down and walked back to the bed."and dont even think of getting back in the bed." he just chuckled.I giggled while i was in the shower thinking of what just happened. I came out of the shower and got dressed."oh the crazy ideas that flood my mind." i said out loud. I was energized but i wasn't prepared for the long day ahead of me. By the time we were done with all the dancing we were practically dead. |
