| 2002 |
| 2002 sees the 750th Anniversary of the Buddhism of Nichiren Daishonin. Throughout the year Nichiren Shoshu believers will be celebrating along with the Priesthood around the world. The culmination of the celebrations will be the Tozan of 300 000 believers and the following Tozan of Overseas believers at the Head Temple Taiseki-ji. Central to the Celebrations shall be the opening ceremonies for the newly constructed Hoando where the Dai-Gohonzon will be enshrined. |
