Q: How do I get your houses in my Sims game?
A: Click on the download link next to the house you wish to install. Extract the items in the zip file to your PC.
Extract the House.iff (House) in the TheSims/UserData**/Houses directory.
Extract the .wll (walls) in The Sims\GameData\Walls directory.
Extract the .flr (floors) in The Sims\GameData\Walls directory.
Extract the .iff (objects) in The Sims\Downloads directory.
** Whichever neighborhood you want your house to appear in. UserData3 = neighborhood 3.

TIPS
~TIP~ Choose a family and move into a vacant lot. Then download a new house onto that lot. Your sims get their new house free!
