5/2/02 Minor show updates. I'm working on screening hot pink HD logos on black t-shirts, so soon you'll be able to pay us for your advertising services. 4/30/02 Today is my sister's birthday. Happy 23rd, Genevieve! In less positive news, the police in Richmond are fucking nuts. I was just chased down Main St. yesterday for no reason whatsoever. I was skating on the sidewalk and this cop pulled up beside me and told me to stop. I continued, pretending not to hear her, until she actually drove onto the fucking sidewalk, cutting me off, and then proceeded to exit the car and attempt to grab my skateboard. Of course, I ran. Believe it or not she actually got back in the car, and, with siren blaring, chased me down the street. Skating as fast as my little legs could push me, I decided to dart left into the plaza next to the VCU Life Sciences building. At this point, seeing as how I was in a heavily crowded area, with pedestrians and food vendors abundant, any rational human being would have given up, but this particular "public defender" opted to make a left turn, regardless of the fact that there was no intersection, and persue me until her bumper was inches away from my tail. What choice did I have but to pick up my board and run the opposite direction? With much appreciated cheering from the onlooking populace, I ran like a motherfucker back to safety. I hope she felt like a right moron with her little popo mobile parked in the middle of campus. Thank goodness Main street is one way. I'd hate to think what it would have taken to deter her from perpetuating the chase had it not been. ANYWAYS, we just played an awesome show on Saturday at the 818 Space. Repent if you missed it. Much thanks to Tri-State Killing Spree for having us open their record release show. Please buy their record. Also, skool's almost out, which means boca burgers on the grill, elderly men in speedos, and, of course, a summer Hook Disgorger tour!!! We'll be hitting up various places of rock worship along the northeast United States, so check the shows page soon to see if we've picked a town near you. That's all for now. Amen.

4/17/02 If you're going to be in D.C. this weekend please join any number of marches/protests against war, racism, the SOA, and globalization being organized. Let Mr. Bush know that we demand justice at home and peace abroad.

4/9/02 Yes, yes, I know the MP3s don't work. Tough shit. We are waiting patiently for our songs to be approved by the bastards at MP3.com. They have also been emailed them to the Pheer.com dude so hopefully they'll be on the sound files page soon. Until then do all your whining on the message board. Peace.

4/8/02 Yo. The site should be more-or-less functional, as all pages are up and running. We've been exceeding Geocities' shitty bandwidth limit fairly often, so the MP3s of the songs we recorded with Daniel have been moved over to the Angelfire host. Check out the media page to get them. If for some reason it still doesn't work you'll just have to pick up a copy of our demo at a show. It's only $3 and we need food. Also, feel free to fuck around with the new message board. We wanna see some trash talking!
