#1 Offbeats is a contest for neglected Mario characters.  Every so often there will be 2 characters from Mario games that go against each other.  You will vote on which character you want,  by entering it in the guestbook BELOW. Eventually the characters will wind up facing each other in a tournament style, leaving the final two, then the most popular neglected offbeat! Enjoy!
