STRENGTH TRAINING 100 SERIES



Strength Training 101: HIT vs Volume Training. Prerequisite: None. The student will gain insight on High Intensity Training (HIT) versus volume training.

Strength Training 102: Recuperation. Prerequisite: None. The student will be familar with the consequences of poor recuperation.

Strength Training 103: Workouts. Prerequisite: None. The student will be made aware that "more" intensity and volume has its limits.
