STRENGTH TRAINING 200 SERIES


Strength Training 201: Muscle Soreness. The student will learn my opinion on muscle soreness that occurs after a workout. It is my objective to get you to train in a manner that will minimize or eliminate muscle soreness while maximizing your strength.

Strength Training 202: Squat - Full or Parallel? The student will learn my opinion on squat technique.

Strength Training 203: HIT or not to HIT, that is the question. The student will learn my opinion on HIT and volume strength training.

Strength Training 204: Develop Pole Hanging Strength. The student will learn my opinion on your ability to hang sideways on a pole. A sample strength training program is included in this series.

Strength Training 205: Perform the iron cross on the rings. The student will learn my opinion on strength training that will have you performing an iron cross on the rings.
