Applied CMH: The Problem:

Are the Hebrew Tribes "Jewish"?
Then who are the Jews?

The CMH tool has reliably demonstrated a problem (now that claims of descent can be disproven):

Fool HIM about who His people are? The CMH identifies the MALE LINE direct descendants of the ancient Hebrews (recalling that it has been aptly described as "the

genetic signature of the ancient Hebrew population").

Meanwhile, that religious / political group, the Jews (and the present state of Israel) define "Jews" as FEMALE LINE descendants from females that have been accepted as being "Jewish" (because of having been part of historical "Jewish" communities).

This definition of "Jew" is further restricted to those who can DOCUMENT their mother's "Jewish" status, since no genetic basis for "Jewishness" exists. Thus, there is no genetic test that can positively prove (or disprove) the
