The sun was high, the sky was blue.
I felt his love, it felt so true.
I cared for him, I really did.
But deep inside emotions hid.
He loved another, yet I was blind.
I thought I was the only one on his mind.
He slowly slipped away from me,
I guess we were never meant to be.
I knew I loved him and always will,
In my heart where he is still.
As much as I miss him, he's never there
I guess I was the only one who really Cared.
He left me hurt and in tears...
How long to get over him, Maybe years.
