Friends, I was to the point of not being able to walk any distance or stand for any length of time.  Life had become doing only what was necessary.

I have lost 31.8 pounds and I already feel soooooo much better.  I can tell a huge difference in my walking and standing ability.  The hidden me IS being revealed........
