UC3 News!!! Hey guys! Here's the latest on our girls UC3:
There are a number of VERY EXCITING activities underway with UC3.Here's the latest news the girls posted on the UC3 Messageboard: "Hey Everyone, We have been really really busy because WE GOT A RECORD DEAL. We are sooooooooooooo happy. We actually got signed by the samed A&R guy from Sony that signed PYT. He is awesome and has his own label called Sony/Red. We got lots goin on. We are gonna meet him in Orlando on Thurs. For the last month he has been looking for the right single for us. We will keep you posted. We are also working on a tv show. So........THANK you to all our LOYAL fans, you know who you are!! We love you guys and we will keep you posted. Luv, Tracy, Cristal and Eileen" ********************************************************************* They recently completed a marketing and promotion deal with their sponsor – Hooters and received quite a bit of media attention as you can see on the official website. They have designed their initial UC3 – Hooters merchandise which is currently on sale at Hooters locations across the country. They are preparing for new television commercials and specials that are in production and they should be able to tell you more about that soon. Their music video – Its a Party has been released to independent video stations and retail outlets across the country. They recently signed a promotional deal with Pro Sports Music Marketing so you will start hearing their songs at Major League Baseball, NHL, NBA and other sports franchises. They will have much more to say about these activities in the near future!!! ********************************************************************* 1. "I'M THAT GIRL"(THE ALBUM) IS FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey all! After spending 2 years in the recording studio, the UC3 album is FINALLY finished. Here's what Tracy had to say about it: Posted: Jan 10 2004, 05:46 PM We have completed our album CD it is being completely mastered as we speak. It should be finished in the next 2 weeks. Shortly after we will let you all know where you will be able to get them !!!!!!! We are really excited. Next week we will be scheduling our ablum cover shoot. Will keep ya posted. Luv, ~Tracy~ ********************************************************************* 2. NEW UC3 SHOWCASE UC3 will be having another showcase in 2 weeks. There is a label (whom we do not know the name) who is interested in possibly signing UC3. Tracy promises to keep us informed! ********************************************************************* 3. USO TOUR UC3 will be going on a USO Tour for two weeks in the Middle East beginning March 15th. ********************************************************************* 4. UC3 IN USA TODAY UC3 will be featured in an upcoming issue of USA Today. Tracy says that when she finds out the exact date she'll be sure to tell us. ********************************************************************* 5. NEW SPONSOR-PEPSI UC3 is the process of talking to Pepsi as getting them as a new possible sponsor for UC3. ********************************************************************* 6. UC3 MERCHANDISE IN HOOTERS Hooters will start selling UC3 merchandise in their stores. Keep checking back for more deatails! As of right now head into your local Hooters to see posters of UC3 plastered on the wall! ********************************************************************* 7. UC3 IN ATLANTIC CITY Tracy just told us that UC3 will be doing a show in Atlantic City in the summer. No word on anything else but we'll keep you posted! ********************************************************************* 8. "I'M THAT GIRL" SINGLE The single will be released soon. After that the girls are going to make a video(more MTV stlye than the "It's A Party" video which was just an EPK). There's a clip of it in the music section. MISCELLANEOUS UC3 INFO --Cristal is her school calendar's cover girl. --Tracy says she thinks that the album will be out in April. --UC3 will be doing several upcomming big Hooters shows. --UC3 will be performing at the Superbowl party. ********************************************************************* 10. ***SPECIAL BONUS ARTICLE***HOW TO GET A BODY LIKE TRACY'S***SPECIAL ARTICLE*** A fan at the UC3 MB recently asked Tracy what she does to have the body that she does. Here's what Tracy had to say: Hey, I work out everyday I try to incorporate cardio into my everyday life. I also eat a balance diet try to eat my carbo's in the morning. Guess what?????? I took a Belly Daning class for the first time yesterday !!!!!! It was FUN. I have to run everyday so I will be able to dance and sing in our shows. Well sweetie hope you had a great Christmas and New Year. Luv ya, ~Tracy~ ********************************************************************* November 5th: This just in from UC3!!! Hey guys we auditioned to sing at the Outback Bowl and we got it!!! It is gonna be awesome. We went to Raymond James Stadium and we sang the anthem 3 times down on the field. It is kinda hard because there is a major delay while you are singing, but............We nailed it and they were all so nice to us especially Jim McVay. They timed us to make sure we did it in the right amount of time because some jets are going to be flying over. We are so excited we even get a box and our families get to come.
