Welcome to the Education in World Wide Internet Scams !
ibestdeals.net
presents in the interest of ALL the Consumers, world wide internet SCAMS. Main purpose of all the listed "companies" is to get your hard earned money in return for the worthless information or no information at all. Some are "pyramid schemes", some are letters of assistance (like the ones from Nigeria), some are trying to sell you software for "joining the club" (easily available on free sites, for FREE), and some change rules, after you join them, raise the bar - or ask for more investment, or both. Yes, you are not far from the conclusion, it is all ILLEGAL !
Some of the information recorded here is from my personal experience, participation in some of the programs, some is from the wws network, mazu, Treasury Department, Federal Trade Commission, and Foreign Government Legal Institutions.

Here's a basic definition of a pyramid scheme from the Federal Trade Commission
"Pyramid schemes...concentrate on the commissions you could earn just for recruiting new distributors, and generally ignore the marketing and selling of products or services.
Most states outlaw pyramiding. The reason: Plans that pay commissions for recruiting new distributors inevitably collapse when new distributors can't be recruited. When a plan collapses, most people - except perhaps those at the very top of the pyramid - lose their money."
Law-Publish/FTC
What is the Difference Between Illegal Pyramid Schemes and Multi-Level Marketing?
In pyramid schemes, the emphasis in the sales pitch is on recruiting, building up the organization and the number of participants and on collecting the "start up" fee, not on selling the products. Pyramid schemes want to make money from you, not the product sales.
