MISSION STATEMENT
Indonesian Finance Association (IFA) is the only financial body that exists in Indonesia to conduct research on Indonesian financial economics.
The rewards and dangers if speculating in the modern financial markets have been to the fore in recent times with the collapse of banks and bankruptcies of public corporations as a direct result of ill-judged investment. This motivation leads us to be aware of the importance of research on the financial economics in Indonesia. Then our decision is to have a proper body for expertise (academicians, practitioners and graduate students) in the industry to gather their thoughts in which will hopefully help the future of Indonesian financial market.
IFA exists to provide for people with the mutual interest in finance, working as a research body to improve public understanding of financial problems, and a forum for the exchange of financial ideas through the distribution of a periodical and other media in Indonesia. We are willing to encourage the improvement of study in finance topics in Indonesian colleges and universities, organize other activities such as seminars and workshops and other related topics in the field of finance.

Indonesian Finance Association adalah forum komunikasi mengenai ilmu ekonomi finansial/keuangan untuk para praktisi, akademisi, serta pemerhati dunia finansial di Indonesia dan global.
Sarana untuk berdiskusi dan bertukar pikiran tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan finansial, mulai dari makroekonomi, banking sampai kompleks derivatif.
Bahan-bahan kuliah dari universitas terkenal tersedia di FILES. Mencoba menyalurkan ilmu ekonomi finansial dari universitas terkemuka yang telah diakui dunia sebagai "Leading Universities", seperti NYU, Harvard, Wharton dan Chicago.
