FZ on Hungarian TV

Some Zappa music was used (uncredited)
as the main title theme of some TV programs in Hungary.

The instrumental bridge from Mother People was used
for several years in a weather program called
'5 perc meteorológia' (5 minutes meteorology).
It was the early 80s.

Last year I spotted another program introducing young actors and actresses,
called Lámpaláz (=lamp fever, stage fever),
using 30 seconds of Lumpy Gravy from MAJNH.

The few times FZ himself got on the screen was the occasion of
two shows in Vienna, Austria (the '88 band and the Yellow Shark).

Zappa's only visit to Hungary in 1991 was well covered, though.
The 'Zappapest' special followed some of his movements around Budapest,
as well as excerpts from the jam session he played there.
