CHAPTER 1
ARTICLE: 1 - MANIFESTO
The International Human Rights Commission established for the service of humanity with out cast, colour and creed. The IHRC will struggle against the violations of human rights,  bloodshed, and terrorism around the world. The IHRC will provide its services for the noble cause of maintaining peace and  disputes between the nations, groups and organizations. The IHRC will setup seminars and conferences on  international issues of human rights violations, peace, democracy,  education, health, child labor, and women development, against terrorism and narcotics or drugs. The   IHRC will offer open membership to the NGOs, International           Organizations, World Personalities and Governments.
The IHRC  will reward those, who are working for the mankind in their various  fields of life. The IHRC will establish its offices all over the  world, to uphold the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights passed on 10th of December 1948.
ARTICLE: 2  ACTIVITIES
(CLAUSE1)  For the purpose set out in Article: The activities of the Commission shall include, but shall not limited to;
The  facilitation of consultation, exchange of views and experiences, and cooperation with each other, to the extent desired by the members;
Assistance  in effectively utilizing available procedures of United Nations bodies  and specialized agencies related with Peace Keeping, Anti Terrorism,  Social, Cultural, Democracy, Education, Health, and Human Rights and of other International and Regional Organization Professional  legal and public relations advice;
Providing  an information service for dissemination of information provided by   the members to the public, Governments, International and Regional  Organizations;
Assistance in development of democratic institutions and processes and in the  monitoring of Human Rights Violations, Elections and Referenda.
ARTICLE: 3 INSTITUTIONS
The  achievements of the tasks entrusted to the Commission shall be ensured  by;
1.  A GENERAL ASSEMBLY
2.  A SUPREME COUNCIL
3.  A COUNCIL OF  FOUNDERS
4.  A WORLD CHAIRMAN
5.  A SECRETARIAT
Each of   these institutions shall act within the limits of the powers conferred  upon in this Constitution.
The  institutions listed in Para above of this Article may be assisted by  an Advisory Council, acting in a consultative capacity, and various specialized bodies acting under the direction of the World Chairman, General Secretary, and Supreme Council.
