INGREDIENTS

• 2 pcs sliced & peeled longanisa • 1 pc eggplant • 1/2 pc ampalaya • 2 scrambled eggs • 1 okra, sliced into sticks • 1 pack miki noodle • small piece of squash • oil • salt & pepper • 2 pcs tomatoes (small) • Onion leaves & celery garnish
PROCEDURES

1. Sautee onion and garlic with oil in a pan
2. Add beans and eggplant. Ensure proper cooking of vegetables
3. Add squash and stir while sautéing
4. Place vegetables and longanisa with noodles. Stir while sautéing and add soy sauce tot aste.
5. In a separate container, cook ampalaya with the scrambled eggs.
6. Serve noodles and vegetables on a plate shaped in a mound. Make a hole in the center of the mound to accommodate the egg and ampalaya mix.
7. Skewer 1 tomato and 2 pieces beans each on 2 toothpicks
8. Fry remaining string beans in margarine and arrange as garnishing at the sides of the plate.
9. Add celery and onion leaves as garnish
