How does the pass work? |
To use your Discover Pass, present your voucher to any designated gateway
terminal or station ticket agent on the day you wish to commence your jorney.
The will validate your pass for presentation to the driver. |
How long is the pass valid for? |
You may travel for a continuous period of time commencing on the date
the pass is first used for transportation |
Can I make overnight stops? |
You may stop over whenever you wish for as long as you wish, providing
you complete your travel withim the time limit for which pass is valid |
Do the buses make stops? |
En route, rest stops are made every few hours, and meal stops are scheduled
as close as possible to normal meal times |
Do the buses run 24 hours a day? |
Greyhound buses on many routes travel around the clock, so you can travel
by day and enjoy the scenery through wide panoramic windows. Alternatively,
select a night service, and relax in a reclining seat with reduced interior
lighting |
What time should I check in? |
To make travel easier plan to arrive at the terminal at least one
hour before departure time. This will alloww you locate the departure
bay, and check your luggage at coach side. Please ensure that your luggage
is clearly labelled to easy identification |
Are there any restrictions for travel? |
Details of the few travel restrictions which do apply to Greyhound passes
can be found under Terms and Conditions |
What about taking hand luggage? |
Hand luggage may be placed in the overhead rack above your seat. Please
remember when you leave the bus for rest or meal stops, to take all valuables
with you |
Can I book my seat? |
Travel on Greyhound lines Inc services is subject to availability. Reservations
are not possible, but Greyhound pride themselves on transport always being
available for people who want to travel. You must
go to gate about an hour and 1/2 hour and wait to get a place in the bus.
* If you go later to gate or door, maybe it will be not available get a
seat and ¡you'll must wait for the next bus! |

What if I lose my Pass? |
Please safeguard your ticket as you would your money. Greyhound assumes
no responsability for lost or stolen tickets and they cannot be refunded
or replaced. *Better, photocopie the ticket |
Are any discounts availables? |
Students receive a 10% discount (valid ID required) and Seniors 62-65
years plus recieve 10% off with |
