In 2002 I wrote a cookbook with Vegan recipe's, cooking instructions, tips, hints and nice to know's. Sue and I
used it as part of the class we taught in Vegan Cooking and Nutrition. We also sold it to raise funds for some
animal rights work we were doing.
No longer involved in that field, I am now offering this cookbook for download here. Feel free
to download it and send it to as many people as you wish so long as you do not alter it in any
way.
Why am I doing this you ask? Good question. There are some really good recipe's in here! Plus, a
vegan diet is super healthy for you no matter what the beef industry or milk industry says. Hell,
even the PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) advocates a vegan diet!
What the heck, it's free and you might get a couple good recipe's!
Best Wishes Jim Melanson
NOTE: The cookbook downloads in a ZIP file. Right click and choose "Save Target As..." then save
the zip file to your hard drive. Once saved, use Windows Explorer to find the ZIP file in the folder
you saved it, then double click the ZIP file name. Proceed as normal to extract the file inside called
"cookbook.exe" to your hard drive. Double clicking "cookbook.exe" launches a portable document
reader (not the same as PDF) that should work on most Windows systems. If you are on a Mac and really,
really want the cookbook. Send me $10 and I'll print off a copy and mail it to you.
