Industrialize-
The first recording done on cd for mEchanical sOul:the Terraformer. Features the classic Industrialized, Dark Territory, and A Lone Dragons Last Tear. Releaseed in March 2001, it was a very unique shift to a more streamlined industrial sound. 18 minutes, $5 includes shipping.
GRINDING MACHINE-
This is the piece that forever laid to rest any doubts of V7's skills as a composer. All songs are instrumental but the title track, and the whole cd sounds like machines pounding and whirring out of control, buildings collapsing in slow motion, absolute mayhem. An absolute steal at only $7 includes shipping.
OPPRESSION-
HooBoy, where to begin. This one is not only crushing in content, but it has strange melodic sensibilities to make it almost.... danceable and even accessable? features remixes of a few songs and unreleased demo versions of songs.
TWELTH ASSAULT:CRIMSON GLOW-
This album introduces us to a new element of mEchanical sOul:the Terraformer, higher integration of guitars and electronics, for a more seamless sound.
THE YEAR OF THE MECHANIZED BEAT-
Unreleased songs and remixes including the new anthem, The Mechanized Beat Goes On.
A Momentary Lapse Of Bitterness-
A newer synthesizer driven chapter is written in the history of mEkanikal sOul. This album is guitars and synthesizers wrapped around each other and vocals as equally bent. The only album with artwork not done by V7 The Day Democracy Died-
Politically charged album attacking Rove, Bush and any politicians selling America to oil companies and foreign investors. This album is very unique in there are about three rhythm tracks for every song intertwined and backing each other as well as cutting through, the most logical reasoning for this is that James V7's grandfather passed away when the only parts left to complete for this album were the electronic drum rhythms, so this album is partly psychotherapy.
