More Links Relating to my Cherokee Ancestors | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A list of my ancestors, dating back to about 1350 (Thanks to my cousin, Lisa, for this info! She is amazing!!) This is a very comprehensive list, includes information about Doublehead, Cornblossom, Tuckahoe, Creat Priber, Amatoya Moytoy, Nancy Moytoy, Quatsy, Kitegista, Old Hop, White Owl Raven, Woman of Paint Clan, Nathaniel Gist, and Sequoyah, Standing Turkey, The Badger, and Bad Water, just to name a few names. . Some names might be spelled slightly wrong. There are also notes about some of the people, and historical backgrounds listed. This might prove to be helpful for anyone looking for specific name matches in there genealogical history. I hope it helps someone else out there, as it helped me. This list is quite new to me, and I'm overwhelmed trying to sort through it all, but am very excited to learn about my family history. |
