This page is dedicated to the wonderful people in my life both in person and through the computer ... if it weren't for them, I am sure I would be insane by now ... although ... hehe ... ahh forget it.

'Jennifer'

What to say about Jennifer ... we have been friends since I was around 13. She has been there through many heartaches in my life, as well as for many joyous occasions. We met while I was in 9'th grade and she was in 6'th. She and I have had many ups and downs but always seem to find our way back to each other. We have been through our pregnancies together as well as numerous 'loves of our lives' ... you know those guys who last a week or two. 
We have had a zillion great times together and are looking forward to a zillion more. She works in the nursing field and is raising her two daughters, Morgan, age 9 and Julia, age 2 and a half, on her own, which is how it has been for her from day 1 of Morgan's life. 
When we were teenagers we lived about 5 blocks away and were always at each others house, the mall, up skating, or just hanging around town together. Now she lives bout 25 miles or so away. We talk a few times a week. I only hope we continue to grow closer and have fun, but I don't see how we couldn't.
She and I are closer than sisters could ever be yet we have the power that sisters don't have which means we can have a friendship based on trust and love, not because it is expected of us to be friends.

'Cindy'

AKA...Lu-Lu
Where to start with Cindy. I have known her about 7 years or so. We have been on the same pool team for a few years. In 2000, we both shot for the first time on our dart team. She was our captain and I was our co-captain. (ALTHOUGH, I was the one doing all of the work!!!) She is currently a co-captain for UMPY'S. This is the first year for either of us being in charge for pool. Her and I are together at least once a week, but usually more. She has three kids ranging in age from 20 all the way down to 3. She is also a grandmother, three times over, can you believe it ??? I know I can't.  She is a great person and we always have a great time together.

'Bobby'

Where do I start with Bobby???? That is a question not many can answer. He is truly a sweet man, just misunderstood by alot of people. I have only known him for a little while, but he is one of the nicest men I have ever met. If people could get to know the side of him I do, they would understand. Hopefully he and I will continue our friendship over a long period of time.

'Mark'

Well, Mark has been my savior for a little while now. As with Bobby, I have only known Mark for a little while. We hit it off though. He has stuck up for me like a true friend would, and I thank him for that. One day I hope to pay him back for all he has done for me. I know it will never be enough though. He is a real sweetheart with a heart of gold, and I hope he realizes that, because I know I don't tell him often enough.

'George'

George. Well I have known George for about 3 years, but we hit it off instantly. He is a truly great man. We met each other when we both worked at a place called Daymark, in Leesport PA. He is a very knowledgeable and humorous man. He is there when I need advice, or just to bitch about something. I don't get to see him that much now, since neither of us work at Daymark anymore. George drives truck for a living, so he really is not home too much, but he should always know I am thinking of him.

'Betty'

Betty and I met through a mutual friend about, well I suppose about 4 years ago. She is a RN at a hospital about a half hour away from here. She has become a great source of life information for me, and I hope she knows how much I appreciate all the help she has given me. Betty got married in April of 2001, to a great man, her big cuddly BEAR. I wish them both the best of luck and a wonderful life together.


'Sharon'

Sharon and I have been friends for the last ... about 10 years or so. She is, like my friend Shelly, another true blonde. DITZY... But you gotta love her. She is alot of fun, and only a bit annoying sometimes. She has a horse, and I don't know whether to feel angry or honored at the horses name, which happens to be Jessica. Any help here?



 

'Mary'

Mary ... we have been friends for about 13 years now ... I never see her anymore, (she has turned into a homebody) but I know if I ever need anything she will be there to do what she can for me.
We were enrolled in the same computer technology course, all Mary's idea. Thanks Mary ... I loved it.
She is probably the funniest person I ever met and no matter what the situation will try and find a way to make the best of it. She is the life of the party ... always making people see the humorous side of life. Whenever we get together, it does not matter what type of day I am having I am guaranteed to end up smiling about something she says or does.
Also my pool mentor ... if it weren't for Mary, I would never have learned to shoot pool. When we do get together and go out, we usually end up on the table for hours, not letting anyone beat us.
I just want to take this opportunity to thank Mary for being there for me when no one else was and understanding things about myself that I did not even understand. Thank you Mary for being the kind of friend I needed at the most difficult time in my life.

'Terri'

Hmmm ... Terri is probably one of the coolest people I ever met. Strange just like all the rest of my friends, and especially like me. Fun to be around ... and her puppy. She has a husky puppy named Tango. 
Tango and my puppy Stormie were in the same puppy class.
Terri and I had a wonderful summer in 1997. We had some great times since then too. 
I only really started hanging around with her then but we hit it off instantly. We have alot in common. I know we will always be good friends and just hope she realizes I appreciate her for who she is. I also hope we get to spend more time together, if she ever decides to come out with me that is. 

'Shelly'

Where to start with Shelly ... well, she is, I must admit one of my best friends, we met over the summer of 1998, through our sons. My son Josh and her son Ryan know each other from school, and they live about a half mile from us. She is going to hate me for saying this but she is definitely a natural blonde. She is not stupid or anything, so don't get me wrong there, just a bit ditzy. Well, I suppose we all are that way though.
She would do anything for me, (except return my phone calls in a timely manner) if I asked, now that is a true friend. She and I became instant friends the minute we met. Shelly is alot like Jen, but there are so many differences too. We have a great time when we go out, she is so outgoing where I am so introverted. She will make people talk and come out of their shell when they aren't expecting it.

Everyone of the above people I have listed here I consider one of my best friends. It is so strange, I can see myself in all of them, but in different aspects. I really don't know how to explain it, it just seems that the more people I get to know, that I actually like, they are alot like me, but so different too. I guess that what it takes for me to like someone, they have to have something in them that I see in myself .....

'NET FRIENDS'



Now for my net friends, all of whom I hope to meet someday. I was thinking of publishing their ICQ info and stuff, but then I thought to myself ... AM I CRAZY??? I want to keep these great people to myself!!! Some people asked that I use their nicknames, others said it did not matter, so here we go.

 

'Dan'

Mr. Sunrise ... Dan and I hit it off instantly, he is great. We don't hardly ever get to talk like we used to because HE WORKS TOO MUCH!!! He seems to know when I need to talk, because all of a sudden he will be there. 
I think he reads my mind, but I hope not ... hehe ... Dan was one of my first net friends, and hopefully time will only bring us closer. Dan is one of those people I wrote about in my life page the few people who are true. 
I TRULY hope he knows how much he means to me.


'NeVeRmOrE'

Where to start with NeVeRmOrE ... well we met on my birthday of 1997 in Southpark Chat (The PalaceBest present I have had in awhile. 
He was the first person I met who ended up becoming my friend on the internet. I consider him one of my best friends here. He has been there to answer my stupid questions and listen to me complain bout things.
Always having an answer for me, no matter what the subject. 
( A great big thanks to NeVeR for helping me put my ICQ panel on here) 
NeVeR is the type of friend I wish I had available in person. If you ever get the chance to talk with him, you would understand why. I truly wish him the best in his life, and whatever the future brings for him,
I know it can never be enough, for he deserves much more than anything he will get.
Me loves you NeVeR ...

'Ozmen'

Hmmm ... well this man is from Australia ... love those accents, and he was kind enough to send me a lil sampling of his voice saying G'day, and a few other things ... hehe ... DAMN!!!!!! OK ... I will stop there. This man is a sweetheart, from head to toe. He is a great person, fun to talk with, and a wonderful person to know. He makes me smile at the silliest things sometimes. He also makes me think, which I would rather he didn't ... hehe. 
No seriously, he does not think he is that great a person, but from what I know of him, he is.
Otherwise, he would not be here;-)

'Tony'

Tony and I have alot in common, except for the male/female thing. He is a real sweet, who cheers me up. He keeps me on my toes trying to come up with something to compare to his messages, but I must say he wins ... hands down. He's a great person, but I think that has alot to do with knowing me. (JUST KIDDING TONY) Really he is wonderful, and I knew that the minute I read his random chat message ... said something like 'male-gender(sorry)' ... and I was caught, 
FINALLY ... a male who can admit to a mistake ... hehe.

All of these people have something in common ... they all have a sense of humor which is required, are sweethearts, and something unique about them that made me want to be their friend. I love them all to death, and hope they all know what they mean to me. I had to choose who to put on my net friends list, and the ones chosen are the ones that have a special place in my heart. I hope everyone here knows how wonderful they are, and special ... and when I say that I mean they are special just for being them.
