Sugared Lemon Twist
Combine all ingredients, shake with ice and strain into tall shot glass.
This delightfully refereshing concoction is the brainchild of Kevin, the bartender at the Thurman Cafe in Columbus.

Acapulco
1-1/2oz. RUM
1 TBSP. LIME JUICE
1-1/2 Tsp. TRIPLE SEC
1 Tsp. GRANULATED SUGAR
1 EGG WHITEs
2 DASH MINT
Combine & shake all the ingredients w/ ice & strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add a sprig of mint.

1oz FORBIDDEN FRUIT
1oz GIN

1 DASH LEMON JUICE
Shake well w/ cracked ice & strain into cocktail glass.

Alabama Slammer
1oz AMARETTO
1oz SOUTHERN COMFORT
1/2oz SLOE GIN
1 DASH LEMON JUICE
Stir in highball glass over ice & add splash of lemon juice.

Alexander Cocktail
1 oz dry gin
1 oz creme de cacao (white)
1 oz sweet cream
shake with ice, strain, and pour over ice. sprinkle with nutmeg.

1-1/2oz BLENDED WHISKEY

1oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

Amaretto Sour
1-1/2oz AMARETTO
3/4oz LEMON JUICE
Shake well w/ cracked ice & strain into sour glass. Garnish w/ a slice of orange.

Amaretto Stinger

3/4oz CREME DE MENTHE WHITE
Shake well w/ ice. Strain & serve in a cocktail glass.

Amaretto & Cream

American Grog
1 lump sugar
juice 1/4 lemon
1 1/2 oz rum
heat a glass and water, pour the ingredients and hot water into the hot glass. stir.

4oz GRENADINE SYRUP

Combine ingredients in punch bowl w/ large block of ice and add apple slices.

Banana Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz rum
1 1/4 oz lime juice
1 tblspoon curacao
1 teaspoon sugar
1 sliced banana
1 cup crushed ice
Pour ingredients in a blender and run on low for 5 seconds then turn on high speed until firm. serve with cherry on top.
 

Strawberry Daiquiri
1oz RUM
1/2oz STRAWBERRY SCHNAPPS
1oz LIME JUICE
1 Tsp. POWDERED SUGAR
1oz STRAWBERRIES
Shake w/ ice & strain into cocktail or daiquiri glass.

Dan Flood's Flood
20 CUPs FORBIDDEN FRUIT
1/8 Tsp. STRAWBERRY SCHNAPPS
1oz STRAWBERRIES
Add the FORBIDDEN FRUIT, & then the Strawberry. After mixing on the rocks, add the STRAWBERRIES, & pour into a glass

4oz LIGHT RUM
2oz LEMON/LIME SODA
2oz GALLIANO
MIX IN BLENDER & POUR.

Devil's Tail
1-1/2oz RUM
1oz VODKA
1 TBSP. LIME JUICE
1-1/2 Tsp. GRENADINE SYRUP
1-1/2 Tsp. APRICOT BRANDY
Combine all ingredients w/ a half-cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend at low speed & pour into champagne glass. Add a twist of lime peel.

Dixie Julep
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
ice
fill glass with ice. pour in ingredients. stir until glass is frosted. decorate with mint

Fuzzy Navel
1oz PEACH BRANDY
2-1/2oz ORANGE JUICE
Blend liquor w/ O.J. over ice. Peach Schnappes may be substituted.

Georgia Julep
2 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz peach brandy
1 teaspoon sugar
put mint leaves in glass with the ice. pour in ingredients. decorate with mint leaves.

Gimlet
1oz LIME JUICE
1 Tsp. POWDERED SUGAR
1-1/2oz GIN
Shake w/ ice & strain into cocktail glass.

Gin and Bitters
1/2 teaspoon bitters
dry gin
gradually pour bitters into glass and swirl glass until the glass is coated with the bitters. fill glass with dry gin.

Gin & Tonic
2oz GIN
4oz TONIC
Pour gin into highball glass over ice cubes & fill w/ tonic water. Stir.

Golden Friendship
2oz AMARETTO
2oz SWEET VERMOUTH
2oz LIGHT RUM
2oz GINGER ALE
Equal Parts Mix in collins glass over ice & fill w/ ginger ale. Garnish w/ an orange spiral & a cherrry.

Grasshopper
2/3 oz (green) creme de menthe
2/3 oz sweet cream
2/3 oz creme de cacao
shake with ice and strain into glass.

Hair raiser
1-1/2oz VODKA

1 Tsp. LEMON JUICE
Shake w/ ice & strain into cocktail glass.

Horse's neck
2 oz blended whiskey
ginger ale
spiral peel of lemon
hang peel over rim of glass. fill with ice. add whiskey. fill glass with ginger ale

Hot Buttered Rum
1 lump sugar
2/3 glass boiling water
1 square butter
2 oz rum
add ingredients to a hot glass. stir. add nutmeg to top.

Hummer
1oz EXPRESSO
1oz LIGHT RUM
5oz VANILLA ICE CREAM
Blend briefly & serve in highball glass.

Jade
1-1/2oz RUM

Klondike Cooler
1/2 Tsp. POWDERED SUGAR
2oz CARBONATED WATER
2oz BLENDED WHISKEY
empty none GINGER ALE
Into collins glass, mix powdered sugar & carbonated water. Fill glass w/ ice & add blended whiskey. Fill w/ carbonated water or ginger ale & stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel & dangle end over rim of glass.

Lady Be Good
1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz (white) creme de menthe
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
shake with ice and strain into glass

1/2 oz kirschwasser
1 oz cherry brandy

Long Island Iced Tea

3/4 oz vermouth
frost glass pitcher & glass. pour in the gin first. then the vermouth. stir with very cold dry (not wet) ice. strain

Melon Ball

Night Cap

1 teaspoon powdered sugar
warm milk
pour ingredients in a glass or mug and sprinkle with nutmeg

Pina Colada
3oz RUM
3 TBSP. COCONUT MILK
3 TBSP. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
Place in a blender w/ two cups of crushed ice & blend at high speed for a short time. Strain into Collins glass & serve w/ a straw.

Put two or three cubes of ice into highball glass. Add 2oz of vodka, fill balance of glass w/ orange juice & stir.

Stir tequila & orange juice w/ ice & strain into highball glass. Add ice cubes. Pour in grenadine slowly & allow to settle. Before drinking, stir to complete your sunrise.

2oz GIN
