Welcome back! I've decided that it had become time again to update my trades. Mainly due to Royal Dutch, October became a very bad month. In absolute terms, the loss was not that substantial (388 euros). But considering the fact that they were worth much, much more then their purchase value, the difference compared to their value in September was considerable. Looking back, although not yet finished, 2005 has not been a good year. The chart clearly shows my risk profile. Any drop in the index led to considerable losses on my side as most of my positions were bullish throughout the year. I've therefore decided to try other ways to make money. I've been looking at growth sectors like mining and alternative energy for long-term investments whilst trying to make a quick profit with turbo's. I foresee a weakening Euro and have therefore decided to take a bearish position on the EUR/USD. Gold continues to fascinate me and will be taken up into my portfolio again when bottom signals are shown.
In addition, I see some upward potential for Ahold (7,00+) and have therefore bought long turbo's.
