OPTION ONE - You can divide the full purchase price into Two Installments. The first installment due upfront, including the application fee and closing costs. The second installment due within 60 days if the first installment.
OPTION TWO - You can divide the full purchase price into Three Installments. The first installment due upfront, including the application fee and closing costs. The second installment due within 30 days of the first installment. The third installment due with 30 days of the second installment.

AS SECURITY
The deed to the property will be held until the receipt of the full puchase price. Upon receipt the recorded deed will be sent to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, cashier checks, personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers. We also give you the option of using an Escow Company at an addional fee.
