Join us!  It is well documented that people prefer to exercise in groups.  Our affordable group running classes have been developed to help you meet your fitness goals and advance your running skills in a comfortable environment with runners of comparable ability. All classes include email contact with the coaches and weekly motivational email delivered to your inbox.
Running 101:  This program is designed for beginning runners with little or no previous exposure to running and those who have been out of running for a prolonged period.  This 10 week group exercise class includes warm-up and stretch, 30 minutes of cardio exercise (combination of walking and running), cool down and weekly topics with guest speakers and coaching tips on important aspects of running.  A running T-shirt made from a high-performance material is included with the fee.
Running 102:  This program is designed for runners who have progressed past the beginners' stage and are seeking a variety of workout and professional coaching advice to continue their running development.  We will help you establish goals for your own running, with the objective being to have you sustain running as an enjoyable part of your healthy lifestyle.  Pre-requisite:  Class participants should be able to run continuously for at least 20 to 25 minutes.
Running 103:  This program is designed for runners who have established a regular running routine and are seeking a variety of workouts and professional coaching advice to continue their running development.  We will introduce you to various speed workouts and other ways to improve your running speed and increase your running distance.  Pre-requisite:  Class participants should be able to run continuously for at least 30 to 35 minutes.
Running 204 - Running for the Hill of it!:  This unique program is designed to help runners, who have successfully completed 5K races, train and race better on hills.  Pre-requisite:  Class participants should be able to run continuously for 40 minutes (or have recently completed a 5K race with little difficulty) and are currently doing regular training on hills.
Winter Running:  This 9 week program is designed to address the challenges unique to winter running.  It will help runners sustain running fitness through the winter season with a variety of workouts and professional coaching advice to continue their running development.
