| Andy Gath, the 34 year old trainer from Great Western, Victoria - notched up his 219th winner at Terang on August 3rd, 2004. This broke his father-in-law, Peter Manning's, previous record set in 1999/2000 for training the most winners in a season. |

| The winner of the 2002-2003 season Harness Racing Weekly Vin Knight Medal goes to Gavin Lang. Runner up for the medal was Kerryn Gath, who has won the medal twice before. Gavin is widely considered to be one of the all time best racing drivers this Country has produced. |
