Broccoli Piemontese
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of Fresh Broccoli
2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt and fresh ground black pepper (go out and buy a pepper mill,  do it!)
1/2 cup white wine   (spend about 5-7 dollars on the wine.. if ya wouldn't drink
it, why would you cook with it?)
Cook Broccoli in salted water until just barely tender... don't overcook the broccoli here, because we'll be cooking it again in a couple minutes..  Drain

Saute' garlic in just enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a large skillet.  When the garlic is getting lightly brown, add the broccoli and toss; coating the broccoli with the garlic oil.

Add some fresh ground black pepper.

Add the wine and cook the liquid down quickly (about 3 minutes on Med high heat)

Serve with the pan juices poured over.

Serves 4-5 persons.

goes well as a side dish with the Baked Stuffed Lobster.
