How do we get the keys?
To arrival I will give away the keys of flat.I include maps to locate beach and the area attractions.We will give away you the welcome to airport of Catania and we will conduct you in your accomodation.

Do you have a damage deposit ?
Yes,20% deposit is required to hold a reservation, I require a 325 euro damage/key deposit which is fully refundable after I receive the keys back and the flat is found in it's original condition.
Do you include linens?
Yes, bed & bath linens are provided.The beds will have blankets and pillows.
How many square meters is the apartment ? Can it accomodate 4 persons?
Is it located centrally, I mean if are shops around ?
The house is about 55 square meters. You will find a Couch bed for 2, a Bed for 2, two beds for 2, and a couch for 1. To go in center you must walk for less five minutes, you will find : Shops, Restaurants, Cafè, Bank, Supermarkets, Chemist's shop.
What is included in the kitchen ?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator dishwasher, microwave and all standard cooking utensils, blender, crok pot, mixer and dish towels.
Is cost of restaurant included in price?
It does not include breakfast,lunch and dinner cost.
What is not included in the cost of sightseeing tour?
It does not include cost: Restaurant, Museum, Gallery, Archaeological area, Cableway, Watercraft ( Payable locally )
Not included are: Departure cleaning of houses euro 45. Additional costs: Child's extra bed euro 15.
