Saeryph, determined to get as far away from the manticore and naga as he could, wound up at the not-quite-place of Abri. When he asked where it was, the answer he was given was, 'It's not really anywhere.' Despite it's lack of a geographic location, Saeryph found the people there friendly, if some were a bit odd. But then, who was he to argue? He was a pheonix. The pheonix found himself standing for a green's clutch on the sands, which was shared by a green-gold dragoness, even thought the majority of her eggs had already hatched. He had been told that some very interesting dragons had hatched. He was curious to see what would emerge from the green's clutch, whether he Impressed or not.
