Sunset Chapter 22 “I’m afraid she is suffering of dehydration and malnutrition. If we don’t do something fast she and the baby inside of her will die.” “She’s pregnant?” “Yes” “You have to save Jem, my wife. We can always have another baby.” “We’re trying.” “Can I see her?” The doctor nodded and showed Nick to my room. Nick sat down next to the bed and held my hand. He kissed it. “Everything’s going to be alright. I promise.: I had had my eyes closed but I could hear him. I squeezed his hand. The doctor had put an IV in my arm with a lot f fluids pouring into me. Nick fed me some Jell-O and took good care of me. When I could go home we only had four days left of our honey moon. We stayed in our room the whole time.“I hope Jem’s O.K. Their honey moon’s over and Nick’s coming home.” Brian said worriedly. “There’s nothing more he can do there.” Kevin said trying to comfort Brian. Me and Nick stepped off the plane and saw the guys. “Jem?!?!?!?” the guys screamed. They ran to me. “I’m fine. Pregnant but fine.” “You’re pregnant? How long?” AK asked. “Yeah. Two weeks. Nick got me pregnant the first night we did it.” “You lost your virginity that night also.” Nick nuzzled my neck. “Congratulations you guys.” Howie said and hugged us. The rest did that also.
