Then and Now Chapter 41 Han peeled her shirt off her and threw on a nice dry sweatshirt. "Can you believe the immaturity of those guys?" "Uh huh." Lis said, towel drying her hair. Krys knocked from the doorway. "Can we come in?" "Sure." Han answered , surprised to see all the girls walk in. "We wanna get them back." Ang said, sitting down on the floor. "Reallly really get them back." Krys said with an evil grin. "What can we do?" Han asked, very interested in the way this conversation was heading"This is gonna ruin my entire relationship. Thanks Kev." Howie said, glaring at his friend. "They're never going to forgive us. Hell if they get even one sniffle, we're through!" AJ said shaking head. Brian put his head in his hands. "Why did we even go along with it?" Kev laughed. "Come on guys, you know darn well that was fun." Nick raised an eyebrow. "Fun? Fun Kev?? And they say I'm the blond!" "Okay okay, look we'll patch everything up when we get home." Kev stated, towel drying his hair. Ryan sighed, "Don't ask me why I even went along with this..." Brian put his hand on Ryan's shoulder. "Probably cuz he's family...and he's bigger then us... he could do some serious damage." Nick laughed. "That's a good excuse." The girls crowded onto the stairs, eavesdropping on the guys conversation. Jenn looked at Krys. "So this is a definite go?" "Looks that way...all right ladies, lets get ready to get some revenge!" Lis made a face. "I coulda swore you were gonna say rumble." Krys rolled her eyes and led the way downstairs, all the girls behind her. "Hello fellas." She said, sitting down near the fire. Looking them over in their soaking wet clothes made her want to laugh. "Hey." Brian said, watching Han walk by him. He reached out to grab her arm but she moved out of his reach. He gave her a confused look as she sat with the rest of the girls on the other end of the room. Aimee bit her lip to keep from laughing, the five Backstreet Boys and Ryan sitting there soaking wet giving their best puppy dog looks. If only all the fans could see what they were seeing at that moment. "You boys should really...really take a hot shower before you catch pneumonia." Jenn stated, trying to keep herself from bursting into laughter. D looked at Jenn. "Yeah you're right..." "But if we go back out in the rain...I mean all our stuff's at the other cabin and Ryan doesn't have anything." Kevin said. Nina smiled. "Oh I'll run across and grab you guys some stuff. I'm sure some of the other girls will go with me." "I'll go..." Krys said with a smirk. The guys broke into groups, Nick, Brian and AJ were going to use the upstairs shower while D, Kevin and Ryan would use the one on the main floor. Nick took the stack of towels from Ang and looked at his two friends as she left the room. "I got a bad feeling fellas." "Frack, you've had a bad feeling the whole day." "And what's happened?" Nick asked, turning on the second flashlight as the batteries in the first one began to die. "You know Bone, he is right...something seems off." Bri said nervously. Jenn laughed as the girls all met up in Ang's room. "So are they suspicious?" Nina nodded as she sat down in the corner. "Yeah D apologized the whole time I was handing him the clothes. Its sad really." Han smiled. "Nick and Bri are getting paranoid. They figure its gonna happen soon." Krys smirked. "Ah paranoia, such a lovely bit of revenge wouldn't you say girls? They won't even suspect a thing!" she laughed and leaned back against the wall. The guys met up in the living room. "Well we all look okay, right clothes no mysterious rashes, itching or markings." AJ stated, taking a seat on the couch. D sighed. "You know its just a matter of time. I mean they're gonna get revenge on us." "But when?" Nick whined. "I'd like to know when...I wanna be prepared." Kevin laughed. "Apparently Nick forgot most people like to surprise the other with revenge." "I swear Kev, if I wasn't so tired right now I'd come over there and hit ya!" Nick muttered, stretching out in front of the fire. "Fellas its been a rough day, lets just cool down and relax all right." D intervened. Ryan laughed. "D's still the peacemaker I see." Krys walked down, smiling innocently at the boys. "Hey guys...uh we're gonna crash over at your cabin tonight cuz your practically asleep here anyways." AJ stood up wobbily. "You sure?" Jenn laughed. "Trust us, we're sure." "Okay, night." Brian said yawning. He gave Han a quick hug and headed upstairs. Nick looked at the girls as he made his way upstairs to bed. He stopped at the top of the stairs and looked back down at the girlfriends. "Something's up...they're definitely up to something." he muttered seeing them all huddle together and start whispering. He sighed as he headed down the hallway to Lis and Han's room that he and B would be sharing, he had a feeling that whatever the girls were up to, the boys definitely wouldn't like. Aimee laughed as she fiddled with the video camera. "Okay, Ang we need more light." she instructed looking at the little screen. The shower looked still a bit dark. "Got it!" Ang turned on two more flashlights and set them on the table beside the other four. "Better?" "Perfecto!" Krys walked in, wearing on of AJ's button down shirts. "We ready?" "Ready whenever you guys are." Aims said. Jenn walked in. "I cannot believe this...singing Quit Playing Games in a shower! This is revenge?" Nina smiled. "Hey this is the video they regret remember?" Krys stepped inside the shower. "And water!" she yelled as she turned the shower on. Jenn groaned. "This better be worth it." she said stepping inside. "Shit that's cold!!" "What? You want fog?" Krys asked with a laugh. "No but warmth is always good." Jenn stated, rubbing her arms. Lis looked at Han and Krys skeptically. "So we sing All I Have To Give and dance with our baseball caps?" Krys nodded. "That's the beauty of it! Totally mockery of the boys!" "And then for As Long As You Love Me, we'll just play musical chairs." Han added with a laugh. Krys grinned.
