Doomsday Book Anno Domini Two Thousand and Six Year One of the Kingdoms of Chivalry
		The first full year of the Kingdoms of Chivalry saw more growth, both in membership and demonstration venues.  We began the year with 19 members.  By the end of the year we had grown to 22 members. The first Senate meeting was held in Janury, with issues that created small manual and policy changes.  The manual changes were deemed to be in line with KoC rules, and were passed to the General Populace for a vote.  All items passed, and were added to the manual.
		One event was held as a “Kingdoms of Chivalry” event with members of both Kingdoms organizing activities.  This was the War of the Daffodils, held at Boardman Marina and RV Park, Boardman, OR, in July.  15 people attended this event, and survived our hottest event to date.  The official temperature for Saturday was 114.  Our secret to survival?  Lots of water… both taken internally, and soaked in.  The closeness of the river was critical to the physical, as well as mental, well being of the group.  Participants were divided for the war by first splitting up couples, then assigning those who remained.  This provided much banter between spouses as they faced each other on the battlefield.  In the end, Queen Juliana and her White Daffodils took the day. A week after the War of the Daffodils a large number of members of Kingdoms of Chivalry were happy to show our willingness to play with members of other organizations by participating in the Border War held between two duchies of the Adrian Empire, Alhambra and Gloucester.  All the members of these two organizations present at the event certainly look forward to playing together again! The following reports detail the activity and the memberships of the two kingdoms.
