2008 MEMBER FORM Work hours form

It is coming to that time of the year again. We would like to extend an invitation to you to renew your membership with the Langley Riders Society for 2008. We have attached a 2008 Membership Application for your convenience. Please mail your application with your payment to Petra Hegedus at 22723-38th Avenue, Langley, B.C.V2Z-2G9 ,Or Bring them to the booth during any or our events. As not to burden the same few volunteers willing to work, we will be implementing the same format for membership at Langley Riders. **please note** When memberships are submitted, a deposit of 2 seperate $100.00 postdated cheques and 8 work hours plus attendance of 2 minimum 2 hour each work bees are required for each riding member.. 1st cheque to be dated July 1.08 and 2nd cheque to be dated Oct. 20. 08. Half of work hours and one work bee are to be completed by July 1. Deposit cheque will then be destroyed or returned. 2nd deposit cheque will be returned after remaining work hours and bee is completed. (Anyone i.e. friends or family may complete the work hours or bees for you) If work hours are not completed, the cheques will be cashed. No rider will be allowed to ride at any event or NO rider will be allowed to ride in any event until postdated cheque is received. For your convenience, we are listing a copy of Volunteer work sheets along with the membership forms.. We would ask all members to sign up when renewing your membership. Volunteers will be made up of a number of members for each work bee offered, on a first come basis. We look forward to seeing all of you for another fun filled year at Langley Riders!
